As you know, our nation is at a real crisis point... the federal
government has grown to a gargantuan size far beyond that which
could have possibly been imagined or dreamed of even a decade or
two ago, when it was already far too large by an order of magnitude
or more. If the present presidential "front runner" should succeed
in her bid for office, the presidential dynasties of the past 20+
years will continue, along with their vast exponential growth
and continuation of their oppressive and destructive policies.

As you may also already know, I strongly support a man whom I
believe to be the finest and most viable presidential candidate
to run for nomination by one of the major political parties during
the entire span of my LIFETIME...

I am writing to you now to appeal to you, as a friend or relative,
to act to the benefit of his campaign... to act, if nothing else,
as a friend of mine, if you feel any measure at all of kinship or
friendship for me...

Would you please consider being a part of history? Would you kindly
possibly consider taking action, in a very small but (in aggregate)
very significant fashion? Might you see your way clear to making
a modest contribution to the campaign of a genuine American
statesman, a true public servant who has dedicated his life to
the oath of office he took to support and defend the constitution
of the United States?

This November 5th, only a day or two from now, many thousands of
us from all over this once great nation have pledged to donate
$100 or more to the campaign of the Honorable Dr. Ron Paul, in
order to further the cause of his becoming the next Republican
presidential nominee. This campaign is being coordinated at the

Americans have already pledged their grassroots support:

Whether or not you "sign up" at that website, I am asking you to
seriously consider donating $100 to Ron Paul's campaign ON the
Fifth of November as part of a nationwide symbolic and dramatic
effort to stir the populace out of apathy and into action to
support and uphold an authentic leader who lives by and validates
the principles handed down to us by the courageous statesmen who
founded this country. If you are unable to donate $100 or more,
I appeal to you to donate SOMETHING, even a token amount, whatever
you may be able to afford, in order to make November 5th a day that
will not soon be forgotten by the jaded and manipulative media.

No, the campaign was conceived of and spearheaded by ordinary
folks like you and me who CARE about what has become of our
country, and who are most passionate about the hope of seeing
a restoration of our republican form of government and genuine
liberty in America.

It is my hope and prayer that, even as at the battle of Lexington
and Concord there was a "Shot heard 'round the world", the massive
donation voluntarily given to and received by the Paul campaign will
become yet another clarion call for a return to Liberty and authentic
Freedom in the land of our birth.

Of course, if you don't already know about Dr. Paul and his humble
foreign policy and the 20 year congressional record proving he is
truly "The Champion of the Constitution", I hope you will read about

offer your generous gift of support. In contrast to virtually every
other candidate from either party, Dr. Ron Paul is a true "breath
of fresh air" in American politics, a man of integrity and strength
of conviction while remaining a humble servant of the people.
